One consultation. Then a clear next step.
A short walk-through of how a matter at Chen Immigration Law usually unfolds.
You book a consultation on this site. We send you an intake form within the working day; if you can return it 24 hours before the call we can use the time well. Margaret reads everything before the meeting.
The consultation
Thirty minutes by phone, or sixty in person at our Holborn office. You describe your situation; Margaret asks specific questions; you both end the call clear on what the options are and what they would cost.
The written follow-up
Within two working days you receive a short written note. It summarises what was discussed, sets out the options, names the recommended next step, and includes a fixed-fee quote if any further work is involved.
If you instruct us
A signed engagement letter sets out exactly what is being done, for what fee, on what timeline. You receive secure access to our document portal. Margaret runs the matter personally; Anna manages the document logistics.
If you do not
You are welcome to take the written follow-up to another solicitor or to manage the application yourself. The fee paid for the consultation buys you the consultation; there is no further obligation.
