Three ways to start.
Most matters begin with a thirty-minute phone consultation. From there, we agree the right next step in writing.
Phone consultation
30 minutes · £150 · by phone
You describe your situation and any documents you already have. Margaret will tell you, exactly, what your options are, what each one would cost, and which she would recommend if you were a member of her family. No commitment to instruct further.
Within two working days of the call you will receive a brief written follow-up that summarises what was discussed and quotes for any next step. You are free to take that summary to another solicitor if you wish.
Case strategy session
60 minutes · £400 · in person at our Holborn office
A full review of your documents in the room. Useful for complex cases (mixed-status families, prior refusals, contested business sponsorships, multiple parallel routes). Comes with a written strategy note within five working days.
Document review
No appointment · £250 · written critique
You email us a draft application, a covering letter, or a reply to a Home Office query. Margaret reviews it and returns a written critique within five working days, with track-changes on the document and a brief covering note.
Useful if you are managing your own application but want a senior solicitor to check the work before you submit.
